Everything you need to know FOR Tuesday night JANUARY 28TH
We suggest you grab a drive-through after work, bring a beverage and a lawn chair!
The Men’s FORGE FIRESIDE CHALLENGE starts at 6;30 pm this Tuesday Night and will kick off this year with the most important journey a man can embark on while walking on the Path of Jesus. If you long to simplify your walk and experience Jesus in a way that takes his thundering power and compresses it into the body that was his, so that you can place your hand against his skin, and know that the touch and the warmth you feel is God himself.” Then this is a journey for men who are being forged into the nature, character, and outflow of Jesus in 2025. We hope to see you at: 5415 Hwy 238 Jacksonville, OR 97530. Bring a lawn chair and dress warm! We hope you will start this journey with us!
We gather around the fire to listen to what the Holy Spirit would say to us (personally). It is not a bible study and it is not a place where we discuss our own theological views, doctrines, methods, or christian preferences. Simply put... It is an invitation to be challenged in our personal relationship and comunique with Jesus to become better leaders in our homes, community, and to the people we love. We do this by talking about the things we as men are all challenged with, inviting the Holy Spirit to speak and resonate with us. We pray through applicable passages of scripture in conversations with the Father; Asking the Spirit to reveal the work He wants to do in us personally so that it becomes an outflow of the nature and personality of Jeus in our lives.. After we have had some time to enjoy our Easy Yoke with Jesus, we finish up with a time of sharing what the Holy Spirit is challenging us with personally in our own stories; giving the folks we are walking with the opportunity to listen and work through it on their own terms and through the work of the Holy Spirit.
Reminder! This is not another bible study, or an opportunity to flex your spiritual muscles, and we don't come with the purpose of fixing others. We come to receive the comforting and empowering ministry that only comes through the work of the Holy Spirit. We are a community of men composed mostly of wounded warriors who are discovering what living from a full heart looks like. We are pursuing a life of passion, adventure and freedom, intentionally walking in intimacy with God on a journey to become the men that we were created to be. Think of it as a training ground for thriving as misfits on the path of Jesus!
…For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things, whether in fullness or in hunger. And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty.—Paul. Philippians 4:12-13 [The Passion Translation].

WILD ON THE PATH and its various types of ministries are supported by the practice of Gratitude Giving. What is gratitude giving? Gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what an individual receives, whether tangible or intangible. With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives. In the process, people usually recognize that the source of that goodness lies at least partially outside themselves. This practice is in keeping with – 2 Corinthians 9:6-9:7 NIV “Remember this: Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” In a nutshell, If you are glad or thankful to be involved with any aspect of Wild on the Path then it is a great place to practice gratitude!
