John and Jaci Fairrington reside in Southern Oregon where they serve in various areas of pastoral ministries. They are actively involved in the lives life their two children, four grandchildren, church, and community. John brings spiritual development through Spiritual Direction, Coaching, and Soul Care ministry to men and their families through small gatherings along with an array of adventurous events, conferences, and camps to those who want to go deeper in their walk with Jesus and to those who don't yet know Him, Wild on the Path is providing Soul Renovation, Care and Spiritual Direction though private sessions via Zoom. it is easy to register for a session and a great way to receive healing restoration, soul care, and direction from the Holy Spirit as you follow Jesus! WILD ON THE PATH is a 501c3 faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to giving folks their whole heart back. |

The ESDA (Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association was founded by Grafted Life Ministries to support Christian spiritual directors in their work, promote the ministry of spiritual direction in the church and connect believers with skilled spiritual directors. The ESDA’s world wide network of spiritual directors share 3 key important traits: Agreement with a rock solid doctrinal statement, Successful completion of a formal spiritual direction training program, and concurrence with a code of ethics in spiritual direction work.
The ESDA also provides us with: • Member Resources, Business, Marketing, & Insurance • Articles on how to manage and market a spiritual direction practice and acquire liability insurance in the United States and Canada. •Ethical Issues & Supervision answering ethical questions and providing advice and find information on supervision for spiritual direction practices. • Continued Growth & Education to expand our knowledge and skills as a spiritual director in practical ways. •Curated Articles for Reflection providing links to articles, podcasts, films, and more, with questions to inspire reflection on on the ministry of a Spiritual Director. and wonderful... •Member-to-Member Opportunities such as retreats, workshops and trainings developed and hosted by ESDA members for your professional enrichment. |

Grafted Life Ministries supports churches and individuals with resources that help people root their lives in Christ’s transforming love. Practically speaking, they create and offer resources that are biblically sound, experientially robust, and communally practiced by Christians. their resources are distinct because: They work in, with, and through churches and small groups. Many people have formative experiences outside their church (going on a retreat, attending conferences on formation, pursuing education). Their focus is in helping folks cultivate a deeply meaningful relationship with God without having to go anywhere and
helping people discover how to be with God in their regular activities. |

Our Training and Certification through Soul Shepherd Institute. Soul Shepherding was founded by Drs. Bill and Kristi Gaultiere, who know firsthand the challenges of leadership. After 30 years working as therapists, spiritual directors, and pastors, they founded Soul Shepherding in 2009 to support Christian leaders.
Mentored by Dallas and Jane Willard, they’ve created a unique model that integrates Christ-centered psychology with spiritual formation. Their vision is to help others lead from a place of emotional and spiritual health, just as they have learned to do. They have trained thousand's of spiritual directors and coaches in the Soul Shepherding Institute retreats and also provide the Certificates in Spiritual Direction and/or Certificate in Coaching. This training is informed by Jesus-centered psychology. The providers are not therapists or mental health professionals. They are spiritual directors and/or coaches with a number of years of experience in ministry roles as pastors, missionaries, ministry spouses, leaders, and/or counselors. Each provider maintains credentials from Soul Shepherding to serve as a Spiritual Director, Sr. Spiritual Director, and/or Sr. Coach. Some of them also have earned a certificate to serve as a Sabbatical Coach and/or Enneagram Coach. If you need therapy for a mental health disorder they can offer referrals. |

We exist to guide all people's into a deeper walk with Christ whether you know him already or have not yet believed. We do this through outward focused ministries done in very unique and unconventional ways. The ministries of Wild on the Path vary from • Soul Care • Spiritual Direction • Christian Coaching • Servant Leadership Training • Spiritual Retreats in various forms of outdoor activity like: Off-grid discovery routes, Camping, Motorcycle Riding, 4 wheeling, along with Sabbatical planning, Conferences and Retreats.
At the base of our mission is our call to help folks get their whole heart back. WIld on the Path was created for those desiring to live from a full heart, pursue a life of passion, adventure, and freedom. We fight to awaken, restore, and initiate misfits and wanderers, and to call into action wounded warriors who have a whole lot of fight left in them! We believe that these are the folks that Jesus took interest in, thriving together in community, sharing story, mending nets, washing feet and doing the works that Jesus did as we follow in an apprenticeship with Him, We find that this transforms the young and old alike. Men and women who accept an invitation to bring restoration and freedom into their personal lives, families and communities.
